The company was established on August 22, 2001, with registered capital of 15 million baht. In 2008, the company increased its registered capital to 150 million baht and expanded its operations significantly. Today, the company distributes a diverse range of SKG-branded products including televisions, speakers, and e-bikes. Operating under a seven-member board of directors with multiple locations throughout Thailand, the company continues to lead the market in providing quality electrical appliances and innovative lifestyle solutions.
